DealFlow AI ("DealFlowAI", "we", "us") is operated by Yam Capital Technologies LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at dealflowaiapp.com, our web app, our Chrome extension, and our WhatsApp and text message services, and how we use it.

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number and company.
• Property information: the addresses you send for analysis and the analyses, reports, deals and notes you create.
• Messages: texts, emails and WhatsApp messages you send or receive through the service, including messages with listing agents.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email, optional phone number, company and message.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to run and secure the service.

How we use information

We use your information to provide analyses, reports and account credits, to send and receive the messages you request, to reply to your inquiries, to process payments, to keep the service secure, and to send account and service notices.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing with service providers described in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.

We keep phone numbers and opt-in records for compliance. WhatsApp and text message records are kept for up to 90 days. You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages, START to resume, and HELP for help.

Service providers

We share information only as needed to run the service, with providers that host our database and app, deliver text, WhatsApp and email messages, process payments, and supply property, mapping and market data. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.

Data security and retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit and restricted server-side handling of credentials to protect your data. We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and compliance purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use them to sell your data.

Your choices

You can update your account information in the app, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and ask us to access or delete your data by emailing [email protected].
